This involves planning, organising, controlling and monitoring the schedule, quality and cost of the entire construction process.  It further includes identifying risks and taking corrective action where the schedule, quality and cost are not aligned with planned targets.  The whole process is monitored and executed in a safe manner to ensure minimal operational disruptions.

B&W is required to employ staff in home office and in the field in the capacities of: site manager; site supervisor, planner; quality assurance; quantity surveyor; safety officer; and industrial relations.
